I began studying to become a facilitator of ‘Journey The Breath’ with Pat Divilly in June 24. This pursuit arose after years of my own seeking of guidance and support from some excellent practitioners and professionals. It is something I wish to offer as a service to others navigating the challenges of the human experience. I have felt it to be a powerful tool in my own life, one that brings me from my head to my body.
Journey The Breath is a conscious, connected breath-work practice which works to release stuck emotion and energy in the body by connecting with and regulating the nervous system. It promotes physical and emotional healing by allowing us to connect deeper to our inner world through the breath. It is a practice used to reduce stress, access mental clarity and promote physical wellness.

I am welcoming individuals to attend a free session either online or in person in the Harolds Cross area of Dublin City. Ideally you will have some knowledge and experience with breathwork practices through yoga, meditation etc. but I can welcome anyone with righteous intention and healthy curiosity.

It would best to have a 10 minute call in advance of confirming any session to lay out the foundations for a smooth journey.
